我覺得George Siemens的電子報好在他的心得和評論,而他所連結的文章反而不是那麼重要了,而另一好處是他的用字淺顯明白
最近他發現一個人的技術能力(指電腦使用),跟這個人實驗精神的關聯度高於年齡,那些電腦使用得好的人,經常喜歡使用新工具與方法,他自己發現沒有一個技術能力好的人,不願意嘗試新方式
所以喜歡動手,喜歡新事物的人,電腦應用能力愈強
An unexamined perspective exists that all teenagers are naturally able to work with digital tools and content. As an instructor in a laptop program, I've come to see technical competencies as less a function of age, and more a function of an attitude of experimentation. People who are competent in using technology try and explore new tools and new approaches (as compared to being afraid of "breaking it"). I have not encountered a single technically competent person who doesn't possess a willingness to try new approaches.
