基本上ORID是一種推理過程

ORID 四個字各表示：
Objective：探索事實。回憶我觀察到的（聽到看到），並將那些感覺寫下。
Reflective：反射。列出我所有的樂觀與悲觀的正負面反應。
Interpretive：詮釋。解釋是什麼原因會讓我有這些反應？我的反應代表什麼意義？
Decisional：決定。問自己打算做出什麽行動。

ORID Discussion Method

Use your own questions. Those below are just to give a sense of what the discussion category relates to.

Objective (What):
What words or phrases do you remember from the presentation?
What are some key ideas or images in the presentation?

Reflective (Gut):
Where were you surprised?
What was a high point of the presentation for you?

Interpretive (So What?):
What were the presenters saying? What was it about?
What issues does this dialogue bring up for you?
What are some of the deeper questions we could explore?

Decisional (Now What?)
What can we do here about these issues? What actions can we take?
What would be our first step?
