online discussion on Open Educational Resources

收到联合国教科文组织IIEP（International Institute for Educational Planning）的邀请，参加将于11.13－－12.1举行的开放教育资源全球在线讨论，安排如下：

·      Week 1 (13 – 19 November): What do we know about users and producers of Open Educational Resources?
·      Week 2 (20 – 26 November): What are the motives or incentives and barriers for individuals and institutions to use, produce and share Open Educational Resources?

·      Week 3 (27 November – 1 December): What are the policy implications and the most pressing policy issues on institutional, regional and national level coming out from this study?

日益发展的开放教育实践得到了UNESCO的大力支持，这一活动去年10月份顺利举行并吸引了来自94个国家600多人参与。这里是去年讨论的主题，供大家参考。本次讨论由经济合作与发展组织的教育研究与创新机构（CERI）牵头组织，OECD’s OER项目关注的重点是，为什么OER发生了，谁参与其中了，OER发展的重要启示是什么。我将及时关注并发布信息和体会。如果感兴趣，可以电邮联系virtual.university@iiep.unesco.org  。这里是几位权威的专家今年2月份在瑞典一次小范围会议上的论文，包括David Wildy、Stephen Downes等活跃人物，有可读之处。
